A Pride Rally
After an educational LGBTQ+ pride video was shown in Granby Wellsroad schools, parents expressed outrage leading to Granby being blasted on Fox News and receiving bomb threats as a result.
After then fifteen-year-old, James Crocker, learned about what happening in his town, he decided to take action by organizing a Pride rally. One thing led to another and know Granby's Got Pride is a successful nonprofit organization increasing LGBTQ+ inclusion in and around Granby, Connecticut.
